Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of Real Money Funds from a member's vk899 wallet to a Pakistan-based payment account (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, or MCB Bank).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vk899 Platform — whether by creating an account, logging into an existing account, placing a wager, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing the Platform — you enter into a legally binding agreement with vk899 and confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them;

Eligibility and Registration

Registration on vk899 is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years or older at the time of registration;
• A resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of registration and use;
• In possession of a valid Pakistani mobile number for identity verification and two-factor authentication;
• Not currently self-excluded from the vk899 Platform under a previous exclusion request;
• Not previously banned from the vk899 Platform for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to hold one vk899 account only. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — will all be considered duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and all funds will be held pending a review of the accounts for signs of abuse, bonus exploitation, or fraud.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. vk899 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at registration or at any subsequent point and may request copies of a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your vk899 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number.

You must not:

• Share your vk899 Login credentials with any other person;
• Allow any other person to access your vk899 account;
• Access another member's vk899 account without their explicit authorisation (which in any case vk899 does not permit);
• Use a third party's payment method for deposits without their explicit written consent — a practice that vk899 will treat as fraud if detected.

vk899 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. vk899 may terminate or suspend an account without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the account has been accessed by or on behalf of a person other than the registered account holder, or that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

vk899 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Easypaisa (minimum deposit: 300 PKR)
• JazzCash (minimum deposit: 300 PKR)
• SadaPay (minimum deposit: 500 PKR)
• Raast interbank transfer (minimum deposit: 500 PKR)
• HBL bank transfer (minimum deposit: 1,000 PKR)
• UBL bank transfer (minimum deposit: 1,000 PKR)
• MCB Bank transfer (minimum deposit: 1,000 PKR)

vk899 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees on its end. Your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees — please consult your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank's current fee schedule before initiating a transfer.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Progressive Jackpot wins above 500,000 PKR may be subject to an enhanced identity verification process that could extend the processing timeline by up to 24 hours.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the same name as the vk899 account. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned with any applicable platform fee deducted.

Betting, Gaming, and Wagering Rules

All bets, wagers, and game plays made on vk899 are subject to the specific game rules published within the Platform for each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall prevail for that specific game only.

General wagering rules applicable to all vk899 products include:

• vk899 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using a manifestly incorrect price or odds figure caused by a technical error on the Platform.
• In the event of a game interruption or disconnection during a live casino session, the round will be resolved using the next available recorded outcome from the studio feed. Wagers already placed at the time of interruption remain valid.
• Winnings from sports betting and Cockfighting markets are calculated at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.

General bonus rules applicable to all vk899 promotions include:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your vk899 wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering within the time limit will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — live casino table games typically contribute 10%, while slot games typically contribute 100%. Game-specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vk899 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with live casino sessions;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported to vk899 Support and will be voided;
• Collusion with other players, including pre-arranging outcomes in poker or live casino environments;
• Chip dumping or deliberate loss of funds to another account for the purpose of transferring balance between accounts;
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or the use of stolen payment credentials;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited — it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk899's total liability to any member for any claims arising from their use of the Platform — including claims related to gaming outcomes, payment processing, account suspension, or data — shall be limited to the PKR balance held in the affected member's vk899 wallet at the time the claim arose.

vk899 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use or inability to use the Platform;
• Technical failures, internet outages, or disruptions to Pakistani mobile networks (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, Warid) that interrupt access to the Platform;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Pakistani banks — that delay or prevent the processing of deposits or withdrawals;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in this section limits vk899's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy and Data

vk899 collects, processes, and stores personal data from members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on vk899, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. vk899 may share data with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection systems — where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law. Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice from either party, vk899 and the member agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body. The seat of arbitration shall be determined at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents vk899 from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration proceedings.
